THE DREAMDreamt: Saturday June 30 We were three woman living together, we were very close like sisters and we always made all our decisions together. We decided to adopt a young girl aged about 12, she was special and had a Spanish Aunt looking after her. We met them at a busy place in town to sign the papers. The girl seemed very shy, I could tell there was more to her that meets the eye, she was powerful with vibrant energy. We wanted to teach her how to use it. We signed the papers and we took her and her Aunt to look at the house and the girls new room. The Aunt and her friend left and the girl got to stay with us. It was her first night, she was shy and we were respectful of her space so made sure not to bombard her. We had a lot of friends. One of our friends was asking for advice and support for some idea she was considering selling to the government. It would get her a lot of money. The first night had passed and the girls aunt and aunt’s friend came back to check on her. She was very happy and her birth name was Maskerofka. The aunt was also happy to leave her with us, that was her final visit. Myself and my friends had a midnight lunch under the stars and we spoke about how amazing Maskerofka was. I said to them that I called her babe twice because I forgot her name. We were all happy to have her live with us, we were her guardians. - by Sheldene Papasidero DREAM MEANINGThree Women The Maiden, the Mother and the Crone also known as the 'Triple Moon' waxing, full and waining respectively. The Maiden (waxing moon, spring, summer) A symbol birth, of inception, promise of new beginnings, youth, carefree nature, purity. You can call on the Maiden Goddess for new love, new friendship, wealth and health. The Mother (full moon, summer - early fall) A symbol of life, fertility, power, giving, compassion. Call on the Mother Goddess for protection, peace fertility, beauty, love and health. The Crone (waning moon, winter) A symbol of wisdom, life experience, awakening. Call on the Crone Goddess for knowledge, dealing with grief, wisdom and power. The Young Girl - 'Maskerofka' 'Maskerofka' is a Russian word and means to mask, disguise or camouflage. A word I've never heard before but dreamt of it as the name of a little girl. Young children especially those aged between 1 and 3 seem to have a very strong sixth sense. They tend to pick up on spirits around them, whether they see them or hear them or get a very strong feeling of something there. My sister-in-laws 2 year old daughter has been caught numerous times talking to seemingly no one, when asked she would say things like "I'm talking to the purple lady, or the pink lady". I think it is such a beautiful thing that spirit speaks to her through colours. It is also so easy for parents to dismiss the notion by thinking they have over active imaginations or they've been watching too much TV. Kids then grow up thinking its wrong or bad and their intuitive connections begin to become suppressed or forgotten. In the case of this dream art the girl hides her truth behind a mask. I forgot her name twice in the dream which means the mask was no longer there and she could be herself in the environment we created for her. Selling an idea The dream shows a friend who wanted advice from the three of us (maiden, mother, crone) on whether or not she should sell her idea because it will make her a lot of money. Within the context of the dream 'government' means a powerful force I do not trust or understand enough to trust. So the question is then, do I sell my idea to a force I do not trust just in the hope that I might get paid for it? Or do I give away a part of my self to a force I do not understand in the hope of something in return? Well...this is where you ask for help from your guides. Whether your guide is an animal, a passed loved one, a Goddess, a deck of cards, the universe, whatever you feel drawn to. Just ask. The exchange of something important to your for money can also mean you are exchanging benevolence for egoistic growth. Why I named the art 'The Seeker' The little girl went from being with a family to being adopted by another family. She is masked by her name and has no sense of life direction. She, just like most of us are 'Seekers', seekers of our purpose in this world, seekers of our identities, seekers of love. WANING GIBBOUS MOON IN AQUARIUS
